I’m curious to see how this will play out. I’m guessing that a lot of the people who read poetry and shorter pieces are spending most of their time reading mostly poetry and shorter pieces, so shorter pieces aren’t necessarily competing with longer pieces for a percentage of each member’s monthly fees. I’m not sure if that actually makes sense in reality, or just kinda sorta in my head. Personally I almost never read anything that’s more than a 5-minute read, and that’s not going to change.
