I’ve never felt like Medium is particularly comment-friendly. Because I haven’t gotten many comments on my own posts I’ve gotten into a pattern of rarely commenting on other people’s. The sense I get is that a lot of interaction between writers happens in Facebook groups rather than on Medium itself.
